Shrink Unit 1100V Vertical Unit
Manual operation with parameters or one-button operation means the safe and fast shrink process does not need a prior identification of the Shrink Fit holder.
- HSK63/80/100 shank tools can be inserted directly into the centering disc. For other shank interfaces, (SK/BT/CAT 30/40/50 or HSK25 – HSK50) Shrink adapters are available

- For cool down of shrink fit holders, we recommend our FKS 04 S automatic Chiller Unit
With the US1100 Vertical the Shrink range Dia. 3mm -32mm / 1/8”-1.-1/4” for carbide shanks and 6mm -32mm / ¼”-1-1/4” HSS shank tools.
The optional Pyrometer technology allows automatic and direct temperature control of the Shrink Fit holder during heating. The Shrink Fit holder can no longer over-heat itself.
