ULTRAJET 3.0 POWER CHUCKS

The Diebold UltraJet® Power Chuck 3.0 combines UltraGrip® 3.0 technology with JetSleeve® 2.0 innovation to deliver maximum clamping force, low runout, and high vibration dampening for heavy-duty HPC milling. Its integrated high-pressure coolant nozzle system removes chips instantly at the cutting edge, improves surface quality, extends tool life, and allows unmanned machining. UltraJet® 3.0 supports deep cuts, high feed rates, and extreme cutting forces while reducing tool costs, coolant usage, and compressed air requirements.
