Shrink range Dia. 3mm -32mm / 1/8”-1.-1/4” for carbide shanks and 6mm -32mm / ¼”-1-1/4” HSS shank tools. The optional Pyrometer technology allows automatic and direct temperature control of the Shrink Fit holder during heating. The Shrink Fit holder can no longer overheat itself. The safe and fast shrink process does not need a prior identification of the Shrink Fit holder.

  • Changeable adapters for HSK25-HSK100 or SK/CAT30/BT30 to SK/CAT/BT50 to hold the Shrink Fit tool holders in the shrink position
  • With the universal tool clamping adapter, it is possible to clamp all taper sizes centric to shrink coil
  • Manual operation with one power button or automatic operation with parameters
  • Broken tool removal unit available
  • Installation of length setting fixture is possible
  • For cool down of the Shrink Fit holders, we recommend using our chiller unit FKS 04S
